Site work for an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and other goods or services for the project. The main scope of work includes removal and replacement of the asphalt on the front (west) side of the school, with a small portion in the northeast corner also included. Refer to Attachment B – Project Drawings and Attachment C – Project Specifications for additional information. Bidders must acknowledge that they have examined and familiarized themselves with the requirements of the bid documents and the conditions governing the work. Bids must be submitted electronically on Bonfire/U3P, and all required information, including the base bid, alternate bid, bid bond, licensing, and additional documents must be uploaded. Do not submit faxed, hard-copy, or emailed bids. All questions must be submitted in writing via Bonfire/U3P or asked at the pre-bid site visit. Only answers issued through the Bonfire/U3P system or by authorized addendum are considered official. Any changes to the procurement must be made by authorized addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District. Allow sufficient time for submitting bids as the system will not accept late submissions. Only documents contained in Bonfire/U3P are considered official in case of discrepancies with documents obtained elsewhere.
