Hancock County Sanitary Landfill Unit 2 Phase 3 Gas Collection & Control System The project consists of constructing a perimeter header, horizontal collector, and lateral/header piping for collection of landfill gas in Unit 2 Phase 3 at the Hancock County Solid Waste Landfill Facility, 3763 CR 140, Findlay, Ohio 45840. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct the work as specified. Bids must be submitted through the website using provided electronic forms. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount or a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment bond equal to 100% of the bid.
