Site work for a water / sewer project in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are sought for the furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the Walnut Street Storm Sewer, Project #35552700. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express using the provided electronic forms. Paper and fax submissions are not accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid, or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the bid. A Performance Bond for one hundred percent of the contract price is also required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, accept or reject any and all optional bids, and waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
