Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Findlay, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work is to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a regional park, which will serve both the community and provide flood control along the Blanchard River. The park design includes playgrounds, a water play area, gardens, restrooms, river access/kayak launches, shade structures, walking paths, a multipurpose stage, and an event lawn. The CMAR contract will cover related pre-construction and procurement services. Proposers must submit Statements of Qualifications by email, containing all required documents in PDF format with a file size no larger than 10 MB. Instructions to bidders include registering with the designated website (Bid Express) to obtain and track Proposal Documents, as neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from other sources.
