Bids are sought for furnishing the necessary labor and materials for the following: Washington Ave. Storm Sewer Upgrades, Phase II, and Park Street Storm Sewer Repair, Project #35552900. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bid Express website using the provided electronic forms. Paper and fax submissions are not accepted. A bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit payable to the City of Findlay in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid or a bid guaranty and contract bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid is required. A one hundred percent (100%) performance bond of the contract price will be required. Inquiries must be submitted via Bid Express by the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any optional bids, and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received. The project is within the City of Findlay corporation limits and is subject to city income tax collection. Minimum specifications can be viewed at the City of Findlay Engineering Department.
