Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed proposals for labor and materials for the project RENOVATION – WOODWAY PARK BADGER STREET for the Lake Charles Housing Authority are being solicited. Bids shall be from contractors licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2163 for Building Construction. Bids must be sealed, marked with the contractor's license number, and accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract is required upon contract execution. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements and show proof of insurance as specified. Payment will be made in accordance with specifications with a 10% retainage held for the lien period. Bidding documents are available from the designated architect and electronic bids may be submitted online.
