A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Project includes selected demolition and installation of surveillance camera system. Existing cameras are to remain and be tied into new system B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The scope of the Electronic Safety and Security work includes furnishing, installing, testing and warranty of all Electronic Safety and Security work and complete Electronic Safety and Security systems shown on the Electronic Safety and Security drawings and specified herein. Question Deadline 07/02/2026 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. The Project T60-11528 - Contract #5 Includes the Following Work: Replacement of Existing Recorder and Installation of Additional Surveillance Cameras. The Housing Authority Will Receive Bids From Only Qualified Contractors With a Valid State of Ohio Business Certificate and a Minimum 5-years' Experience in Work Required. The Belmont Metropolitan Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Award is subject to final approval.
