The Owner is soliciting Proposals from qualified general contractors to serve as the CM/GC for the renovation and site improvements of the old Soldotna Preparatory (SolPrep) School facility located. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically or in writing to the KPB Purchasing and Contracting Director Pre-Construction 45 Days from Notice to Proceed Substantial Completion 320 Days from Notice to Proceed To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the KPB Purchasing and Contracting Officer has the authority to waive irregularities on any and all bids, except that timeliness and signature requirements may not be waived.
