No definite date for the rebid.** Sealed proposals are requested for the construction and replacement of sidewalks, driveways, and curbing at various locations within the City of Olean. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form in a sealed envelope marked on the outside as "PROPOSAL FOR SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS AND CURBING." Each proposal must include an executed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification; failure to provide this certification will result in the bid not being read. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 45 days after opening. The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive technicalities, or re-advertise if it serves the city's best interest. The City of Olean is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
