Description

This requirement is for a non-personal service to provide integrated grease trap cleaning and the collection and disposal of unused cooking oil at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The contractor shall perform regular, scheduled cleaning of grease traps and grease interceptors located at government-operated dining facilities, eating establishments, and commercially operated food service locations on the installation. Services include removal of accumulated waste grease, proper off-base disposal of grease waste, and collection and off-base disposal of unused cooking oil generated by these facilities. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and applicable technical exhibits, using appropriate equipment, trained personnel, and compliant waste handling and disposal practices. The scope may expand or contract during performance as facilities are added or removed. All work will be performed on-site under a performance-based service acquisition and in compliance with installation access, security requirements, and the Service Contract Act.
