Work includes a primary maintenance facility equipped with a bridge crane, maintenance bay pits, and vehicle lifts, and requires erection of a pre-engineered metal building, site excavation and grading, and installation of water, sewer, and telecommunications systems. The project provides separate buildings for oil storage and component storage, administrative and tool storage areas, organizational equipment parking, and comprehensive interior design and audio-visual services. Construction must meet Department of Defense requirements for high-performance and sustainable buildings and incorporate Low Impact Development features. The facility must comply with Department of Defense Minimum Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection standards, Unified Facilities Criteria, the DoD Building Code, the Installation Architectural Compatibility Plan, applicable Army regulations, and Federal environmental laws. The project must include physical security measures, cybersecurity requirements for control systems, and accessible design for individuals with disabilities.
