The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform full-service maintenance and repair on automatic doors. Work includes comprehensive preventive maintenance consisting of scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure operational performance and safety compliance. The contractor shall perform corrective repairs to restore non-operational doors, including troubleshooting and replacing parts as required. All automatic doors shall be inspected and tested to meet functionality, accessibility, and safety requirements. Emergency service shall be provided to respond to out-of-service doors and conduct necessary emergency repairs. Services apply to all types of automatic doors, including sliding, swinging, and revolving doors located in administrative, training, medical, childcare, recreational, warehouse, billeting, and range facilities.
