Project Overview Location: Building J00001, Hangar 2, F Street, McChord Field, Washington. Client: 62d Maintenance Squadron - Maintenance Flight Support section. Purpose: Enhance security and accountability of tools and equipment. Contractor will supply and install all items in the requirements section, (para 6) and attached schematic, see J00001 Building Layout, of this document to replace and improve the CCTV that can be viewed from the designated monitoring station. 3.1 The contractor shall furnish and install an IP-based security camera system that operates exclusively on a closed-loop network. Under no circumstances shall any component of the system--including cameras, servers, storage devices, or monitoring stations--be connected to government IT infrastructure, including DoD networks, cloud environments, or internet-facing systems. All data transmission, access, and storage shall remain local to the installed system, ensuring full isolation from government-managed networks. The contractor shall be responsible for configuring and validating this isolation and shall coordinate with the Government to ensure compliance with applicable physical and cybersecurity requirements. The work includes: o Replacement of five existing cameras in the tool room o Installation of two additional cameras in the tool room o Installation of three new cameras in the hangar o Installation of a network video recorder (NVR) with video management software o Installation of a 16-port Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) switch o New Cat6 wiring where required o Installation of pendant mounts and extenders for specific camera placements o Labor for installation, configuration training, and testing by certified technicians Objective Procure and install a fully functional CCTV system. Replace: 8 existing cameras. 1 monitoring station. Install: 2 new cameras to improve surveillance coverage. Scope of Work Contractor must: Supply and install all items listed in Section 6 (Requirements). Follow the J00001 Building Layout schematic for placement. Ensure the system is viewable from the designated monitoring station.
