Renovation of a military facility in Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Closed-Circuit TV Camera Surveillance System - Upgrade 8 existing security cameras both inside and out of facility. Provide and representatives, and includes removal of the existing system, and the installation of a new system including cameras and monitoring stations. install 2 new monitoring stations and 4 new cameras- fix camera mounts to wall, drill three 3/4" holes through CMU for conduit to house new exterior camera wires. Seal off holes around conduit. Once wire is inside building, run wires in existing COM baskets and hook low voltage camera wires to existing spare accessory outlets. Asbestos/lead-based paint abatement if necessary. The work will be coordinated with JBLM DPW. Question Deadline 07/25/2025 at 10:30 AM PT Time Zone 1:30 p.m., EST. Please, identify the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph number or solicitation reference with each question Any questions generated during this event must be submitted in writing, through the Unison marketplace Procure and install fully functional CCTV components at the Air Freight Terminal, 1422 Union Ave, McChord Field, Washington. This will include replacement of the existing 8 cameras in the same locations and new installation of 4 additional cameras and 2 monitor stations. Period of Performance: Contractor will have 180 days from award to install.
