Site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Williston Park, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of three separate contracts for compliance with Wicks Law for the construction of a new granular activated carbon treatment facility. The work generally includes a new building enclosure, new piping, valves, chemical treatment, a standby generator, and all appurtenances and accessories. The scope also includes all associated connections to the existing well at the site, power, controls, SCADA, all wiring and devices, drainage, site paving and restoration, and other utility work as called for in the Contract Documents. Contractors must comply with NYS EFC, M/WBE, and SDVOB Program requirements. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). All questions must be submitted, in writing, to Daniela Cruz and Ana Isabel Lebron, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
