Leavenworth County Buildings & Grounds is accepting bids for 'Transfer Station Tipping Floor.' Sealed bid proposals must be submitted, with the envelope clearly marked 'Transfer Station Tipping Floor.' Copies of plans and specifications can be viewed or purchased online for a non-refundable fee. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes all related charges. The contract will be awarded based on the best qualified bid, considering unit prices, delivery time and method, conformity to specifications, and service. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities specified.
