This project will convert an existing warehouse into a laundry facility for Itasca State Park's housekeeping department. 2. Exterior work includes extending an existing parking area, replacing existing wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing with metal siding and roofing, modifying and replacing exterior doors and windows, and installing a metal carport. 3. Interior work includes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, reconfiguring interior spaces to support laundry programming, updating interior finishes throughout, installing a new ADA-compliant restroom and kitchenette, and preparing the washer/dryer area for Owner-furnished and installed equipment. *Sitewalk: Note: The laundry is located within a designated staff-only area near the Headwaters Inn and Pine Ridge Camping Ground. Utilize designated parking areas only and do not block access routes.
