Site work for a multi-residential development in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
Site Improvements / Tree Removal at Corky Row 705-2. The Project consists of: Tree removal, stump grinding, stump removal, tree trimming, mulch, loam and seed, area clean-up and pressure washing concrete planters. Site Visit by Appointment: AS Needed The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The work of the Contract consists of;Site Improvements - Tree Removal Sites #1, #2 & #3 1. Cut and remove ten (10) existing older growth trees. . Work includes sit^ clean-up, chipping brush, grinding stumps below grade, remove all bush stumps and roots and hauling away all cut wood. 2. Tree trimming at each site. a. Work includes site clean-up, chipping brush and hauling away all cut wood. b. Trin to remove all branches overhanging roofs or against the buildings . Excavate and remove all tree stumps, roots, mulch and grass each raised bed planter at each site Clean and remove all old mulch beds throughout each site and replace with new dark mulch at each site. Each raised bed planter to have new fabric weed liner with new dark mulch. Each raised bed planter to have one (1 ) White Ash 6" diameter tree and three (3) Rhododendron (Color Varies) size 36" shrubs. Provide follow-up watering and service for ninty (90) days as needed. Total of six (6) White Ash 6" diameter trees required. 8. Total of fifteen (15) Rhododendron (Color Varies) size 36" shrubs required.
