Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified contractor to stabilize approximately 700 linear feet of eroded shoreline/slope along the lakeside of the South Lake Trail / Lake Apopka Trail corridor adjacent to 12th Street near West Beach / Lake Minneola Drive.
