The Gary Redevelopment Commission is seeking proposals for landscaping services as part of the City’s Broadway Beautification Project. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as a proposal for the landscaping services at 401 Broadway, Gary City Hall, addressed to the Executive Director of Redevelopment. Proposals will be accepted from May 13, 2026, to May 27, 2026. The Gary Redevelopment Commission is issuing this landscaping RFP to seek experienced landscaping companies to carry out the Broadway Beautification Project in downtown Gary. The selected Contractor(s) will perform the services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Commission intends to award one Contract based on qualifications, experience, pricing and responsiveness to this RFP. SCOPE OF SERVICES The full breakdown of the services can be found in the attachment to this RFP. The Commission also encourages the successful applicant to work with the Gary Youth Partnership Organization, a local nonprofit willing to help out with the beautification efforts.
