Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed bids are requested for street improvements. Specifications and bidding documents are available through the Community Development Department. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier’s check, or irrevocable letter of credit for not less than 10% of the bid amount. Bid bonds must have Proof of Authority from the signing agent. Bids must be sealed, marked, and delivered to the designated address. Bidders are required to comply with Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and provide both payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. Bids cannot be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after opening. The right to waive informality or reject any or all bids is reserved.
