Sealed bids will be received electronically for the "Willowbrook Subdivision Paving – Phase I." Each bid must contain the full names of the party or parties making the bid, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a proper certificate authorizing the corporation to do business in Ohio. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount (100%) of the bid, payable to the owner, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. The bid guaranty ensures execution of the contract and provision of bond and insurance certificates within ten days after notification of award. Only bidders who purchase a set of plans and bid documents and follow all instructions will be considered responsive. Bidders not on the Plan Holders List will be disqualified.
