Clean areas to be painted and describe materials and method to be used. Prepare and prime all necessary exterior surfaces with details on materials and method. Paint all exterior surfaces of the municipal building with details on materials and method. Stain community room decking, including cleaning and surface preparation. Provide a separate line-item cost for time and materials costs to repair any damaged fascia, soffits, or clapboards as needed prior to painting. Remove and properly dispose of all trash, debris, and materials brought to or created on-site during the project. Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times and abide by all state and federal regulations.
