The project is located in Ravenna, Kentucky and involves the clean-up of NON-TENORM and TENORM impacted media, including waste materials, soils, and sludges at the site. These materials have been contaminated due to historic oil and/or gas development on the property. Previous investigations determined the presence of various VOCs, metals, and Radium in the site's media. The scope of work includes removal of the waste materials, soils, and sludges for off-site disposal, restoration of soil ground surfaces to original grade, and vegetation of the area following clean-up activities. Bidders are required to enter $0.00 for the contract amount in the e-procurement system, and submit the actual contract amount on the "Official Bid Document" as an attachment. The entire official bid document and bid bond (if required) must be combined into one PDF and uploaded. Addresses and contact information should be updated as they will carry forward to the contract if awarded. Emailed or hard copy submissions are not accepted. For project information and documents, contractors must download the bid documents, specifications, and drawings from the designated website. Contractors who obtain these materials from other sources will not be registered as planholders and will not receive addenda.
