Hickman County Fiscal Court is accepting sealed bids for corrugated pipe and double wall HDPE, 12 inches and up to 60 inches, with delivery included to the Hickman County Road Department or any work site location within Hickman County. Bidders must also agree to sell the product to landowners involved in county pipe installation at the same price the county pays. Sealed bids are also requested for red gravel, #9M crushed limestone, dense grade aggregate, #3 rock, and rip rap (50#, 150#, and 400#). Bids must include the price per ton for rock picked up at the terminal, price per ton for rock delivered to Hickman County (with any additional fuel charges included), and the hauling price quoted separately from the material price. Bids are for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. All bids must be clearly marked as "SEALED BID" on the envelope. The award will be made to the lowest and best evaluated bid price received, and the Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
