Roof Repairs and Maintenance. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, consumable materials (and other materials, as required), tools, equipment, test equipment, and services required to perform general roofing repairs for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. The purpose of this bid is to establish a price contract with qualified roofing companies for the repair and maintenance of roofs at various locations throughout the LFUCG. Typically, the type of work includes but is not limited to: A. Inspection of all roofing components B. Coating and sealing various roofing systems C. Gutter, downspout, roof drain, collection box, scupper, coping, pitch-pan, curb, drip edge, eave, fascia, felt, underlayment, vent and cricket repairs D. Infrared scans E.
