PROJECT NAME: PITTMAN ROAD BRIDGE OVER BRANCH OF WOLF RIVER. STRUCTURE: 60’ SINGLE SPAN REINFORCED CONCRETE BRIDGE, 90° SKEW. OWNER: FAYETTE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS. Sealed bids will be received for construction of the Pittman Road Bridge over a branch of the Wolf River. Documents including bid forms, contract forms, plans, specifications, and bond forms may be examined at Fayette County Public Works, A2H, Inc., Builders Exchange, and West TN Plans Room. Electronic files are available for free download and hard copies for purchase at www.a2hplanroom.com. Each bidder must submit security with the bid in the amount, form, and conditions provided in the instructions. All bidders must comply with the Contractor Licensing Act of 1994 (Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-6-119). For bids over $25,000, the outside of the envelope must show: NAME OF BIDDER, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF BIDDER, NAME OF PROJECT, BIDDER’S LICENSE NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE OF LICENSE, AND LICENSE CLASSIFICATION APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT. Only bidders on the official list maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com with this information will be eligible. Bidders are responsible for checking the planroom for any issued addenda before submitting their bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after the opening date.
