Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the Tiptonville Community Center Renovations for the City of Tiptonville. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bidders must observe the conditions of employment and minimum wage rates required under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents are available for examination online or at the office. Electronic files of the Contract Documents are available for free download, while hard copy sets may be purchased at the contractor's expense, with payments not refundable. Each bid must be accompanied by security in the specified amount, form, and conditions set out in the Information for Bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
