Upper Macungie Township will receive sealed bids electronically for the 2026 Bituminous Seal Coat with Slurry Seal project for approximately 46,878 SY. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by a surety meeting specific requirements. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to the contract price and meeting PennDOT requirements. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified. The township reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids. Specifications and bid forms are available at no cost online.
