Site work for a water / sewer project in Gates Mills, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Old Mill Storm Sewer Replacement including related work, in accordance with plans and specifications available at the Town Hall Clerk's Office and at the office of the Village Engineer. Bidders must submit the full names of each person or company interested, provide an affidavit as to interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, submit certification authorizing them to do business in Ohio. Evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity is required. Bidders must not have unresolved findings for recovery. Proposals must include a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in keeping with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, with a bid bond amount equal to 100% of the contract bid, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Ohio. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, award or reject sections separately, waive technicalities, and accept the most favorable bid. Compliance with prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and the Village of Gates Mills is required, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage & Hour Division.
