Renovation of a mixed-use development in Prescott, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work consists of replacing three existing 50-year-old facility boilers with new steam boilers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, certifications, and materials necessary to complete the project. The scope includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and the demolition and removal of existing boilers and associated components. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications, statement of work, drawings, schedule, and all applicable local and VA building codes. Location: VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System, 500 Highway 89 North, Prescott, Arizona 86313. The magnitude of this construction project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
