Work under this contract shall consist of: Servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of elevators and chair lifts at fourteen municipal and school buildings. The term of this Contract shall extend from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The Town shall have the option, at its sole discretion to renew this Contract for two additional one year terms, with no change in the Contract price or conditions. The exercise of each option to renew shall be subject to appropriation of funding therefor. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 50% Payment Bond.
