Demolish existing utilities, fences, and trees scheduled for removal. Furnish and construct a 400 square foot prefabricated wood framed building for a new chemical building. Furnish and construct required components of the new chemical building including, but not limited to: process piping, chemical tanks, heating, ventilation systems, electrical components, architectural elements, and utility services. Furnish and construct new components to the existing water treatment plant including, but not limited to: process piping, and modifications required to the existing waste basin. Furnish and construct site improvements for grading, site utility work, concrete and gravel walkways, and gravel access road. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis. Prospective Bidders must be on the plan holders list and attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid. Bidders must be licensed to do business in the State of Colorado. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract by sections, or reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
