Site work and paving for a road / highway in Summerville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the following: 6,415 S.Y. single asphalt seal coat, in place, and 1,076 S.Y. double asphalt seal coat, in place. The project must be completed by 9/15/2026. Liquidated damages of $975.00 per calendar day will apply for completion after this date. Proposals must use forms provided by the municipality. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
