Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Stony Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for removal of failing brick facade and replacement with new brick at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794, delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with requirements. All work under this contract must be completed within 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. There is a mandatory site visit for prospective bidders. Only contractors attending the site visit are eligible to bid. Bids must be submitted via Jaggaer according to the instructions in the Information for Bidders. Security in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid is required. The policy encourages minority business enterprise participation, and all bidders are expected to support this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 06/03/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing on Jaggaer to the Q & A Board.
