This contract is for the supply of three clarifier mechanisms, including all associated equipment and appurtenances, for the Alliston Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope includes the supply, storage, delivery, installation, performance testing, commissioning, and training for the clarifier systems, all according to specified project drawings and technical standards. The supplier will also provide supervision for the installation at the designated site(s). Bidders are required to submit electronically through the designated bidding platform, with all submissions in English. A non-mandatory site visit opportunity is available for bidders to inspect site conditions, and attendees must bring appropriate personal protective equipment. The contract will remain in effect until the completion of all deliverables. Question Deadline 05/28/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Deadline for submission of questions online Note that attendance at this site visit is voluntary and suppliers may submit a bid regardless of their attendance at the pre-bid meeting. Should there be unforeseen circumstances such as forecasted inclement weather, etc, an alternate non-mandatory site meeting date at the same meeting location with occur at 1 p.m. local time, May 21, 2025. Should the alternate date be invoked, notice will be provided at least 24 hours in advance of the original site visit meeting through a "Notice" being posted on the Town's electronic bidding system. The non-mandatory site visit provides the opportunity for bidders to satisfy themselves by personal visitation and examination of the site existing conditions which may be encountered on or adjacent to the site, including without limitation, all underground/overhead utilities locations, surface & sub-surface conditions, existing structures on or adjacent to the sites, laydown areas, access routes and other conditions which affect performance of the Deliverables.
