Renovation of an educational facility in Spiro, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Spiro Public Schools Middle School HVAC Project, as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids must be delivered to the Superintendent's office at 600 W. Broadway St., Spiro, OK 74959, or submitted by email to Richard Haynes. Bids received outside the designated time frame will not be considered. Each bid over $100,000 must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the opening date. The owner may reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Complete sets of drawings and documents are available through the listed plan rooms or by contacting Richard Haynes. There will be a non-mandatory walk through at the project location prior to bidding.
