Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Spiro Public Schools Turf Installation project, as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids must be received by Spiro Public Schools at the Superintendent's office at 600 W. Broadway St., Spiro, OK 74959, by 2:00pm on Monday, June 1, 2026. Bids submitted either more than ninety-six (96) hours before or after the specified time will not be considered. Envelopes should be marked: "BID FOR SPIRO PUBLIC SCHOOLS TURF INSTALLATION; DELIVER TO MR. HAYNES". Bids may also be submitted by email to Richard Haynes at rhaynes@spiro.k12.ok.us. Bids will be opened publicly. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through will occur on site on May 18, 2026 at 11:00am. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for bids over $100,000, or as otherwise required by law.
