Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Greybull, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed Bids are requested for the construction of the Town of Greybull, Wyoming Multipurpose Court Project. The project includes the removal of 1462 square yards of asphalt tennis court surfacing and its replacement with reinforced concrete, as well as associated fencing, coatings, equipment, and striping for pickleball, tennis, and basketball. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis, as specified in the Bid Form. Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bidding documents from the issuing office or from listed locations. Bidding documents are available electronically for a non-refundable fee or in printed form for a higher fee plus shipping charges. Partial sets are not available. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Bid security must be provided as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available in online download electronic format (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $_35.00__. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $_85.00 per set, payable to "Nelson Engineering", plus a non-refundable shipping charge. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
