Iredell County is seeking qualified companies to provide comprehensive construction manager at risk services for the construction of an approximately 65,000-square-foot facility and the renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet of existing space at the Hall of Justice. The selected company will be responsible for all phases construction services from pre-construction through final closeout, -and must ensure full compliance with local building codes, ADA standards, and environmentally sustainable construction practices. The CMAR will work directly with the project designer company on constructability and cost estimating services. A space study for the judicial services areas of Iredell County. An accelerated project timeline will be required, with the goal of beginning construction as soon as possible while maintaining design accuracy and minimizing change orders.
