Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Drainage Program in the Village of Moreland Hills, Ohio, following the plans and specifications prepared by the Village Engineer. Bids must be submitted on the provided Proposal Form and accompanied by a bank or cashier's check, money order, or bid bond equal to ten percent of the amount bid as a guarantee. If awarded, the successful bidder must enter into a contract and provide a surety bond for one hundred percent of the total bid. Documents and plans are available for examination or purchase at designated online and blueprint locations. The regulations of the State of Ohio regarding procurement of labor, wage rates, and hours apply. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive informalities as deemed in its best interest. Bids must be marked "2026 DRAINAGE PROGRAM."
