The scope also includes adherence to various City of Winnipeg policies, standards, and guidelines such as the Green Building Policy, Universal Design Policy, Transportation Association of Canada geometric standards and safety guides, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure best practices, accessibility requirements, tree planting and removal guidelines, construction specifications, culvert and drainage safety guidelines, and relevant City strategic plans.
