Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Little Chute, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The existing Heesakker Bridge is a 3-foot-wide pedestrian bridge crossing an intermittent stream channel. The proposed improvement will replace the existing structure with approximately 18 linear feet of dual 55-inch by 73-inch aluminized steel storm culverts complete with wing walls and a multiple end section. A new 5-foot-wide walking trail will be constructed over the culverts to improve pedestrian access and safety. Project work includes the installation of approximately 115 square yards of riprap, 18 square yards of 1-1/4 inch crushed aggregate base course (CABC), 26 square yards of screenings, and 410 square yards of site restoration. Additional work includes approximately 20 cubic yards of common excavation, construction staking, and site clearing necessary to complete the improvements.
