The contractor will provide performance-based service and preventive maintenance for elevators and wheelchair lifts at DLA Columbus. The scope includes preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting and corrective maintenance, third-party annual inspections, and cybersecurity. The contractor must supply all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services. All equipment must be operated efficiently, meeting current energy conservation requirements, recognized codes, and standards, and maintained at an acceptable level throughout the contract period. Work must comply with all Federal, State, County, and City laws and codes, as well as applicable industry standards and practices, including OSHA. Services are to be performed during normal business hours, excluding US holidays or facility closures. Contractors must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks. All questions shall be received by 22 MAY 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, after which the period for responding to questions shall have closed.
