The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to include a brand name specification in new Operation and Maintenance projects with incidental repair and minor construction located east of the Mississippi River at Walter Re ed National Military Medical Center. The action is conducted in accordance with RFO 15. Interested parties may submit information identifying their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all information received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to proceed without the proposed brand name specification based on responses received. Proposed brand name specifications are identified in the attached Notices of Intent. Location: Walter Re ed National Military Medical Center, 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20889. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
