Demolition, site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the removal of existing concrete for the installation of ADA ramps in the Columbian Park Neighborhood, located between Douglas Street and Scott Street, and Main Street and South Street. The work also includes any other miscellaneous tasks pertaining to the project work area. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. On each CDBG funded project, the grantee is required to maintain documentation supporting their best efforts to achieve the state goal of 10% MBE/WBE and 3% IVOSB participation. Only those businesses duly registered on IDOA's Minority and Women's Business Enterprises List may be counted toward the 10% goal and businesses participating in Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Program may be counted toward the 3% goal.
