Renovation of a swimming pool in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Perryville, Missouri is accepting bids from qualified roofing contractors for the Perry Park Center Aquatic Center Roof Replacement project. One contract will be awarded for all the work. All bids should be sent to ATTN: City Clerk Lydia Rellergert, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775 and should be labeled Sealed Bid Perry Park Center - Aquatic Center Roof Replacement. The City of Perryville reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Project Background: In March 2025, a tornado swept through the city of Perryville, MO causing damage throughout the city including various locations in Perryville City Park including the Perryville Park Center Aquatic Center roof. Extremely strong winds caused flying ebris to impact structures and equipment. The force of the wind lifted up the standing seam metal roof of the Aquatic Center compromising the integrity of the entire roof facia, rake, trim, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. In addition, damaged was done to some of the exterior wall panels and masonry below the roof sheet metal. Summary Scope of Work: The following scopes of work shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal and replacement of the entire Aquatic Center roof system, preventing water, soil, and sediment infiltration throughout the replacement process, ensuring the integrity of the building envelope.
