The Town of Greater Napanee is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of winter sand for municipal winter maintenance operations for the 2026/2027 season. The successful proponent will supply winter sand in accordance with OPSS.Muni 1004 and LS-602 gradation requirements, with delivery to the Town’s Public Works yards located at 8321 County Road 2 and 1599 County Road 41. Quantities are estimated for tender comparison purposes, and payment will be based on actual tonnes delivered, as confirmed by government-certified weigh scales. All deliveries must be completed no later than August 15, 2026. The Town will be responsible for on-site mixing and stacking of materials using municipal forces.
