Sealed bids are solicited for labor, equipment, and materials to complete the “West Branch Area School District – Bus Parking Lot Addition” project located in Morris Township, Clearfield County, PA. Construction must follow the plans, specifications, and details of the construction bid plan set for the project, as prepared by GeoTech Engineering, Inc. Bidders must comply with all applicable specifications and requirements for work within the Pennsylvania Department of Education School District. Instructions to bidders: - Bids must include a certified check or bank draft payable to the West Branch Area School District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid. - Bidders must include a fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. - Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “West Branch Area School District – Bus Parking Lot Addition.” - Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the main administrative office at 516 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858-9312. - The West Branch Area School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. - Project plans, specifications, and contract documents can be obtained by contacting GeoTech Engineering, Inc. at 4031 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858, phone (814) 342-7090, ext. 203, or email tpiotrowski@geotech-engineering.com.
