Site work and new construction of a development in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a conservation development.
The Landfill Expansion Plan shall include summaries, plans, and analyses in the following areas 2.2.1 - Review of Existing Information The consultant will: Review available reports, permits, drawings, and operational records. Review of previous studies related to landfill expansion. Review landfill capacity information and remaining airspace estimates. Meet with County staff to discuss goals, concerns, and site conditions. 2.2.2 - Site Evaluation and Field Investigations The consultant will Evaluate potential expansion areas at the existing landfill. Perform site visits and field investigations as needed. Coordinate surveying services. Coordinate geotechnical investigations. Evaluate groundwater and surface water conditions. Identify environmental or permitting constraints. Proposers are expected to raise any questions, noted errors, discrepancies, ambiguities, exceptions, additions, or deficiencies they have concerning this RFQ via email to shannonj@co.pasquotank.nc.us no later than 12:00 p.m. June 4, 2026 Proposals will be received for performing all work necessary for a landfill expansion in accordance with the requirements specified.
